Join us as Chicago Chefs showcase their creative take on ribs to benefit breast cancer research. Lillie’s Q hosts the second annual Barbecure charity event on April 16, 2020 with The Lynn Sage Foundation. Local chefs will compete for the Pitmaster Award, judged by champion Pitmasters, and the People’s Choice Award, voted on by attendees. The night includes rib tasting, Lillie’s Q appetizers, Goose Island beer pairings, and a silent auction.
Lillie’s Q Chef and Founder, Charlie McKenna, created Barbecure to improve the lives of people affected by cancer. Barbecure raises funds for cancer research through ticket sales and donations.
